Biggest Loser
The first week is over and I ended up being the biggest loser our Journeys group. I lost 11.6 pounds in one week, which is 4.5% of body mass. The leader was pleased. She also was happy with my eating record for the past week. I know that it will slow down, but that it okay. This was just such a stunning start. The exercise was easier this time, but there are some of those coordinated moves that I just have trouble with. I guess I can't chew gum and walk at the same time. So I adjust as needed. Into the second week, so here goes. Please keep praying for it helps me to get through this each day.
